Well I’m pissed at E.l.f. Cosmetics now.
Last night before midnight, I made sure to order a new haul of at least $14 worth of stuff to get their special $1.98 shipping offer.
>.< Now I see an email in my inbox saying that today-only I could have gotten FREE shipping on an order of $13 or more?!
I could have saved like $3! Yea, it might not seem like much to you, but that was three unnecessary dollars spent. I feel duped.
